3.4 Garage door
- Sectional overhead garage door as per the requirement.

6. Framing
- Downstairs 2.7m and upstairs 2.4m ceiling high.
- All frame and trusses as per the Australian standards AS1684.
7. Plumbing
- 1 gas bayonet for room heater.
- Hot and cold water in all internal taps and shower.
- Standard shower mixture and diverter from builder’s range.
- In total 3 baths and one laundry.
8. External wall
- Single-skin face brick wall only in the ground floor.

9. Roofing
- Standard concrete roof tiles from Monier.
- Sarking as per the standards and requirements.
