Assurance Development and Construction (ASDC) Pty Ltd is a custom home building company based in NSW. The trading name is Assurance Homes.

ASDC was established to offer an end to end service from design to handover to the home owners and bring their dreams in real. We understand every person or family has different requirement and cannot be met by following any typical design.  Though the construction of a house is the most expensive part but design is the most important part of the construction process. To us, this is not only designing a house but drawing your dreams on the paper and the mission of ASDC to bring all different dreams in real.

The team has a solid technical background and related direct working experience of what they do. We believe, the combination of knowledge and experience is very important and all of the team members are highly skilled and experienced in the related field.

ASDC has also land+home package in few areas in the greater Sydney and expanding its business in manufacturing of different major building products.
